Rabbi Yaakov Wolf, Rosh Kollel
Rabbi Yaakov Wolf learned at Yeshivat Shaalavim and continued his yeshiva studies for 7 years at Yeshivat Mercaz HaRav Kook. He later learned under the auspices of HaRav Amiel Shternberg in Atzmona, Gush Katif. When Rabbi Shternberg established Kollel Chazon Elchanan Rabbi Wolfe moved with him to Jerusalem and studied in his Kollel for 5 years.
After his army service Rabbi Wolf taught at Yeshivat Kedumim and then taught for 7 years at a post army yeshiva in Yishuv Eli.
After the disengagement from Gush Katif, Rabbi Wolf taught for two years in the Netzarim yeshiva that moved to Yishuv Yuval in the Negev.
In the summer of 2007, Rabbi Wolf was asked by the residents of Maaleh HaZeitim to establish a Kollel in their new neighborhood. After consultation with several leading rabbis, it was decided to open a Kollel specifically for studying Seder Kodashim realizing the vision of the Chafetz Chaim zt"l.
Rabbi Wolf lives in Maaleh HaZeitim with his family and has been the Rosh Kollel since its inception.

Kollel Scholars (avrechim)
The members of Kollel Zichron Moshe are Rabbis and full time Torah scholars (avrechim) who were carefully selected based on their many years of intensive Torah study, several of whom have completed requirements for Dayanut. They are outstanding in their learning and maintain a high level of Torah knowledge. In the Kollel they are presently studying the complex subject of the Korbanot and all its aspects. These scholars are summarizing those portions of Kodashim which they have completed in a publication entitled, Nayot BaRamah
One of the conditions of acceptance to the Kollel is a minimum of ten years of study in other yeshivot.
